Lewisa Anciano, Associate Vice President of Human Resources

In her role as Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Lewisa is dedicated to Teligences success through its people. Shes responsible for attracting, developing and retaining high performance talent to support Teligences business strategy and goals. Lewisa leads a team of professionals specializing in Talent Management, HR Services, Performance and Total Rewards Management, Organizational Development, and Corporate Communications.

Lewisa is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management. She serves on the Board of Directors of the BC Human Resources Management Association and is an instructor at Langara College where she teaches Management Courses in the Business Continuing Studies Program.

Prior to joining Teligence in 2005, Lewisa worked for Citizens Bank of Canada (A Vancity Company) and Westminster Savings. She was directly involved in a variety of Enterprise Initiatives including Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy Planning and Implementation, Banking System Conversions and Cultural Transformation Programs.

Lewisa moved to Vancouver from Singapore. She spends all her spare time globe trotting the world with her husband as well as adding to her handbag & shoe collection! Besides being an avid business book reader, she also enjoys a good romance novel or two.
