Recruitment Process

Teligence is a growing organization and we are looking for leaders to join our high-performance organization. Since the company's inception in 1990, that started with a small office of 10 associates, we are approximately 300 currently.

Step 1: Your Application

Teligence is in touch with the job market and offers many opportunities for you to learn more about our organization, through recruiting events, information sessions, campus events and corporate information.

We encourage you to use our information tools to research our organization prior to submitting your application online.

As we want you to be successful in your next employment opportunity, we suggest that you carefully assess vacancies to ensure that they match your skills and experience. You can also use our Job Agent to alert you when suitable positions become available.

Step 2

Teligence has a recruitment team who will evaluate your application and assess your skills and experience for the vacancy you applied for and any available opportunities.

Step 3

Applicants who have been through the evaluation process may be short-listed for a telephone interview with our recruitment team so that we can learn more about you.

Step 4: In-person Interview

Based on the outcome of the telephone interview, candidates may be invited to attend an in-person interview with a recruiter and possibly a hiring manager. Prior to attending the interview, you will be asked to complete an online behavorial survey, which will help us further understand you.

Step 5: Reference Check

After we have had a chance to meet to learn more about you and vice versa, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps in the process. Successful candidates will be asked to provide at least two references from previous supervisors or managers that they reported to within the past 5 years. You also may be asked to provide documentation of your education certificate and/or other relevant document. Please note: Some positions will be subject to a criminal or credit check.

Step 6: Decisions

After moving through the entire recruitment process, we will determine if you as a candidate fit our organizational goals, objectives and corporate culture.
